Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Open the can of asparagus and drain well
  2. Dab the asparagus dry with a paper towel (you do not want too much moisture)
  3. Place the asparagus into a salad bowl
  4. Put in the eggs, cheese and spring onions
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  6. Mix the mayo and mustard
  7. Spoon thru the dressing
  8. Sprinkle the parsley over the salad and enjoy
