Ingredients:

  • 8 cups raw spinach
  • 3 cups asparagus
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup almonds

Directions:

  1. Pour lemon and olive oil together in a cup.
  2. Pour over asparagus
  3. Sprinkle asparagus with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  4. Grill asparagus for 5 minutes on each side
  5. Cut stems in thirds
  6. Return lemon and olive oil reserves in original cup
  7. In a bowl combine spinach, almonds, and asparagus
  8. Drizzle lemon and olive oil reserves over salad
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top and toss
  10. Eat and enjoy
