Asparagus And Mushroom Frittata

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a small skillet on medium high heat.
  2. Cook sausage link pieces turning occasionally until browned on all sides.
  3. Add onion, garlic, asparagus, mushrooms and hash browns then sauté 5 minutes.
  4. In small bowl beat eggs, milk and pepper then add to skillet and reduce heat to low and cover.
  5. Cook 10 minutes or until eggs are firm then top with cheese and cut into wedges and serve.
  6. Serve with salsa.
