Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingedients for sauce in a bowl and set off to the side.
  2. You will need 1 large pot to blanch green beans, 1 large stir-fry pan, and 1 strainer.
  3. Bring water to boil in large pot (add a tablespoon of salt and juice of 1 lemon to pot - salt for flavor, and lemon juice to keep the green beans green - not necassary though). Once the water comes to a boil, add olive oil and sesame oil to the stir-fry pan; heat on medium heat & add onions and pre-cooked bacon to stir-fry pan, and let cook until onions are translucent. While the onions begin to cook, place the green beans in boiling water. Let green beans cook for 3-4 minutes, then strain and rinse under cold water. Once onions become translucent, turn heat to high and add the green beans, sesame seeds and cashews/nuts (optional). cook for 2-3 minutes. Add sauce to taste at this point (keep in mind, the sauce is rather strong). Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring every few seconds. Serve in large bowl. Garnish options: Additional sesame seeds, nuts, scallions, etc. ENJOY!
