Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. The Salad
  2. Break linguine in half
  3. Cook pasta according to directions
  4. Omitting salt and fat;add beans during last three min of cooking
  5. Drain and rinse with cold water
  6. Place mixture in a large bowl
  7. Stir in celery,bell pepper,onions and cilantro
  8. The Dressing
  9. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in a small bowl;stir with a whisk until blended.
  10. Add to salad;toss well.cover and chill
