Asian Green Bean Salad

So easy and can be made ahead of time.
Ingredients:
3 ounces uncooked linguine
1 lb green beans trimmed(or snow peas) whatever you prefer
2 cups dices celery,cut diagonally
1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
dressing
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tblsp dark sesame oil
2 tsp grated peeled fresh ginger
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves,minced
1 red jalapeno pepper,seeded and finely chopped(tblsp)
Directions:
1. The Salad
2. Break linguine in half
3. cook pasta according to directions
4. omitting salt and fat;add beans during last three min of cooking
5. drain and rinse with cold water
6. place mixture in a large bowl
7. stir in celery,bell pepper,onions and cilantro
8. The Dressing
9. combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in a small bowl;stir with a whisk until blended.
10. add to salad;toss well.cover and chill
