Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a nonstick skillet or wok, stir-fry chicken in oil for 2 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. In the same pan, stir-fry celery and onion for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and garlic; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  2. Return chicken to the pan; sprinkle with cilantro, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through. Serve over rice; sprinkle with soy sauce. Yield: 2 servings.
