Directions:

  1. Wash and dry arugula and place in tupperware container.
  2. Squeeze the orange and lemon juice all over it.
  3. Put in fridge till you are ready to serve.
  4. Serve with a little bit of blue cheese dressing on top.
  5. Goes great with steak and potato.
