Artichoke Dip Heavy On The Garlic

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a food processor, finely mince the garlic.
  3. Add artichokes and process until well chopped. (You can do these first two steps by hand with a garlic press and a knife if you like bigger chunks. But DO NOT try it with a blender, as the artichokes just gum up the blades.)
  4. Place processed garlic and artichokes in a medium bowl. Add mayo and parmesan cheese and mix well.
  5. Spread in a glass baking dish. (8x8, 9x9, round 2 quart, or even a pie plate will work.)
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  7. Serve with crackers, bread cubes, or sliced veggies.
