Apricot Honey Ham Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Combine all ham glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
  3. Spoon ham glaze over ham.
  4. Baste during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
