Apricot Congealed Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3 oz) box apricot gelatin
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 (8 oz) container cool whip
  • 1/2 cup walnuts , if desired

Directions:

  1. Heat crushed pineapple and jello until dissolved.
  2. Refrigerate until cooled.
  3. Add buttermilk, cool whip and nuts.
  4. Refrigerate until set.
