Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour and salt; set aside.
  2. Cream butter, 1/3 c white sugar and vanilla together; blend in grated cheese and applesauce.
  3. Stir in the flour/salt mixture; shape dough into crescents.
  4. Combine 1/2 c sugar and the cinnamon; roll each crescent in this mixture.
  5. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and arrange crescents on sheet; bake in a preheated 350F oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
