Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease large muffin tins or line with paper baking cups.
  2. Beat egg in bowl with a fork.
  3. Blend in milk, margerine and honey.
  4. Stir in crumbs.
  5. Combine flour,baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
  6. Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  7. Fold in grated apple.
  8. Spoon batter into muffin cups, generously filling each to the top.
  9. Bake at 400F for about 20 minutes or until done.
  10. Cool.
  11. Store in airtight container.
