  1. In a medium bowl combine coleslaw blend, apple, onion, dressing, ginger and pepper, mix to combine.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each of 4 slices of bread. Top with 1/4 cup of coleslaw mixture, 3 slices of ham and top with a second slice of bread.
