Apple Orange Noodle Kugel

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Toss with margarine.
  3. Beat eggs, orange juice, sugar, salt and orange zest together.
  4. Pour over the noodle mixture and toss together.
  5. Mix grated apples with lemon juice and add to the noodles.
  6. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13- inch baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle the top with chopped nuts and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
