Apple, Banana Casserole With Almonds

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almonds (sliced )
  • 2 large bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 8x8 or other casserole dish.
  3. Wash, peel, core and thinly slice apples.
  4. Layer in dish and sprinkle with almonds.
  5. Peel banana and break into pieces into a medium bowl.
  6. Add eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and cream and beat well.
  7. Pour over the apple slices.
  8. Bake 30 minutes.
  9. Serve hot, this is great served with a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  10. Enjoy.
