Easy yummy muffins the kids will enjoy
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1 cup apple, finely grated
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease muffin pans (or line cups with paper liners).
2. Sift dry ingredients together; add the rest and mix lightly.
3. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
