Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups packaged seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 cups finely chopped apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 large onion
  • 3/4 cup ketchup

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly.
  2. Pack into greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for one hour and 15 minutes.
