Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 (18 oz.) cans yams
  • 1/4 cup maragrine
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Toss apples, nuts and combined sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Alternate layers of apple mix and yams in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Scatter small amounts of margarine bits over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle marshmallows over top and broil until lightly brown.
  5. Serve hot.
