Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup chunky applesauce
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425 then grease a jelly roll pan.
  2. Combine oats, biscuit mix, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon then set aside.
  3. Beat remaining ingredients with whisk until well blended then pour into prepared pan.
  4. Spread batter to edges then sprinkle evenly with oat mixture.
  5. Bake 15 minutes then serve immediately.
