Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredents
  2. Add egg, milk, and butter
  3. Stir until smooth
  4. Fold apples in and fry until golden brown
