Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in order then pour into square cake pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
