Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 3/4 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In large bowl mix together butter and sugars until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time and vanilla until. Mix well.
  4. In separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add to sugar mixture. Mix well.
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  7. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
