Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter or 2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 dash nutmeg and cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into 9x13 greased cake pan. Slice baking apples and place on top of batter.
  2. Combine 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and 3 tablespoons butter, mix together and sprinkle this mixture on top of batter. Then sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top and bake in oven at 325F for one hour.
