Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix together white, brown sugar, and apples. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Mix and pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until the cake shrinks from the sides of the pan.
