Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine and sugar, add egg, apples and nuts. Sift flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix together. Spread into 10x10 pan. Bake 350 for 40 minutes.
