Apple-Blueberry Corn Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 2 (8 1/2 oz) packages corn muffin mix
  • 2 cups blueberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease muffin pan (including top of pan - these will be big muffins).
  3. Mix egg, applesauce and muffin mix.
  4. Stire in blueberries.
  5. Spoon into muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
