Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak carrots, cauliflower, celery in 2 T. salt over night
  2. Drain well - don't rinse
  3. In large kettle put in vinegar and carrots boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Add rest of veggies. cook until tender.
  5. Add tomato paste, olives and tuna. bring to a boil again.
  6. Keep hot.
  7. Process in hot canning jars
