  1. Mix all ingredients with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. (If mixture is too thick, add 1/2 cup salsa)
  2. Top with remaining cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
