Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook Pasta: drain & set aside ( keep warm)
  2. In lg skillet, heat the oil. Add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds
  3. Add tomatoes & cook stirring until softened: about 5 minutes. Stir in basil, salt & pepper, cook until tomatoes are soft. Pour over pasta & toss with vinegar. Serve topped with parmesan
