Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a big pan fry the chicken pieces lightly in about 6 tbsp olive oil, just enough to seal the meat.
  2. Take the pieces into a plate and fry the onions and garlic in the remaining juices and oil. 5 minutes later put back the chicken pieces and add seasoning and onion soup powder. Stir to blend the spices together and add the beer.
  3. Let it cook slowly (low heat) with the lid on.
