Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cream of tarter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine sugars,butter and oil, beat well. Add eggs and mix well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tarter and vanilla. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator overnight. Make into small balls and flatten slightly with a fork.
  2. Bake: 375 degrees
  3. Time:10-12 minutes
  4. Do not over cook
