Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Beat egg in coffee cup.
  2. Mix butter, sugar and eggs together in another bowl.
  3. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder to butter, sugar and egg mixture.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Add cinnamon.
  6. Peel apples and take out cores.
  7. Chop up apples into small pieces. add to mix.
  8. Pour into 13 x 9 greased cake pan.
  9. Cook at 375 for about 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
