Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Unwrap Mini Candy bars.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Mix both sugars and then add in margarine and peanut butter.
  4. Add vanilla and egg , mixing well.
  5. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to cookie dough and mix. (It should be the consistency of clay or playdough at this point).
  6. Divide dough into 10 pieces and place 1 candy bar into each piece, ensuring the candy bar is completely enclosed and sealed inches
  7. Put 5 balls on a parchment covered baking sheet and bake for 13-16 minutes.
  8. Cool completely on wire racks.
  9. Note- You can use Milky Way bars also. If you want to make cookie pops insert a popsicle stick into each candy bar before encasing it in the cookie dough.
