Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine pineapple, orange juice and peel in a large saucepot.
  2. Simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved.
  4. Cook rapidly almost to gelling point.
  5. As mixture thickens, stir frequently to prevent sticking.
  6. Remove from heat; stir in coconut, cherries and almonds.
  7. Ladle hot conserve into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.
  8. Adjust two-piece caps.
  9. Process 15 minutes in a boiling-water canner.
  10. Remove from boiling-water bath.
  11. Cover with dry towel.
  12. Allow to stand until lids seal and cool.
