Ingredients:

  • 2 large oranges
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. rum (optional)
  • 1 cup. slicced bananas
  • 1/2 cup. toasted coconut
  • whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Peel and section oranges over a small bowl to reserve juices.
  2. Stir sugar and rum, if using, into orange juice until sugar is dissolved.
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine the orange sections, pineapple chunks, banana slices, and mango and/or papaya slices; drizzle with orange juice mixture.
  4. Stir gently to coat.
  5. Cover and chill for 1 to 24 hours, stirring gently once or twice.
  6. To serve, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
