  1. Cook garlic and onion in EVOO over medium heat.
  2. Add broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Add mixed vegetables, chickpeas, and tomatoes. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Cook 5 minutes.
  4. Add pasta, simmer 10 minutes.
