Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and peel the potaoes,
  2. Cut then into round slices (thickness would like sliced raddis. tick enough not too thin or the chips will get burnt)
  3. Rub in the turmeric powder and chilli powder
  4. Sprinkle salt
  5. Heat oil in the frying pan
  6. Fry the potato slice.
  7. Sprinke some dill seeds or sesame seeds to spike up..
  8. These potato chips are not cruncy but soft.
  9. Use coriander chutney dip, or just with steamed rice and curry.
  10. I use it as my base for cocktails instead of crackers (but avoid turmeric in this case)
