Ingredients:

  • 8 cups very finely chopped cabbage (about the size of rice)
  • 2 tbsp. minced onions (i grate mine,mainly just using the juice)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp.tarragon vinegar.(dont worry i never have that stuff,i use cider vinegar)

Directions:

  1. Mix cabbage,carrot and onion in a alrge bowl.
  2. Combine sugar,salt,pepper,mayo,milk & buttermilk and vinegar,stir until smooth.
  3. Pour over cabbage;mix well,toss to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours.
  5. I can never wait that long and eat it right away!!
