Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp wine
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl whisk together wine, vinegar, and mustard until blended.
  2. Slowly pour in olive oil, whisking constantly.
  3. Whisk in oregano, parsley, and garlic.
  4. Use for a dressing on mixed greens.
