Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup pickle juice (any type of cucumber pickles will do, it's a matter of taste)
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 -4 tbsp sugar ( optional) or 2 -4 tbsp honey , to taste (optional)

Directions:

  1. Whisk everything together. Taste and adjust accordingly.
  2. Can store in the refrigerator for at least a week or two.
