  1. Just put the watermelon cubes in and water in a blender, then mix until smooth.
  2. Strain into a pitcher; stir in honey and lime juice.
  3. Pour into four ice filled glasses, and garnish with a piece of melon cut into a fun shape with a cookie cutter.
