Directions:

  1. Combine potatoes, celery and green onions in a large bowl tossing gently to combine. Combine mayonnaise, salad dressing, vinegar and ranch dressing together until well combined. Toss mayonnaise mixture into potato mixture and toss gently until potatoes are well coated. Stir in cheese, bacon and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
