Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Cut squash in half lengthwise
  2. Deseed
  3. Place on aluminum foiled lined baking sheet
  4. Put 1 tablespoon of butter brown sugar and honey into each half
  5. Bake at 350 for one hour or until soft.
  6. Serve right in shell or scoop insides out.
