Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place peeled banana and avocado flesh into a mortar and pestle (think a blender or food processor would work too), lightly mash together (if using a blender/food processor just pulse till lightly blended).
  2. Into a bowl finely grate garlic and then the cucumber and then add both, with juices to the banana avocado mix and then add paprika and yoghurt and mix well. (Pulse blend till mixed in food processor/blender).
  3. Serve as a side with a curry and pappadums.
