Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil and fry onions till golden brown.
  2. Add ginger aste, potato.
  3. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Add fenugreek leaves, tomato, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder and allspice.
  5. Cover with lid for 5 minutes.and st again and cook for 5 minutes more.
