A+ Molasses Ginger Snaps

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp clove
  • 1 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together at one time with your hands. Form into balls and roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375* for 8-10 minute For a chewy cookie, bake the minimum amount of time.
  2. Makes 3-4 dozen.
