Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp dill, dried
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour. Cook on low until it just begins to brown.
  2. Add dill and slowly add chicken broth. Whisk together.
  3. Whisk in sour cream and cook on low until sauce is thickened.
