  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup pickle relish
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar

  • package of eight hotdogs

Directions:

  1. In a sauce pan, saute chopped onion in oil until slightly softened;
  2. Add in ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, worchestershire, brown sugar, and hot sauce;
  3. Simmer for five minutes;
  4. Add hotdogs to mixture and simmer for 10 more minutes;
  5. Serve hotdogs on warmed buns.
  6. (I sometimes add a can of chopped sour kraut, drained, to the mix and it's really good!)
