Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp cold milk

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, salt, and nutmeg; add oil and milk, stirring until mixture forms a ball.
  2. Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface. Fit pastry into a 9-inch pie plate.
